The customer service agent role is becoming increasingly integral in the tech industry. At Expoint, customer service agents are the bridge between customers and tech businesses. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for keeping customer relationships strong and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer service agents must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and an ability to handle difficult customer requests. You must show a high level of customer empathy and be able to resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively. In addition to customer service tasks, you will also be responsible for training and updating customers on new tech products, services, and any other updates. At Expoint, customer service agents work closely with teams such as product development, IT and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to convincingly express the value of the product or service to customers and maximize usage. You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to help tech companies improve on customer experience. Organizational and problem-solving skills are essential. You must be organized and be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet customer requests, product releases, and other deadlines. To be successful in this position, you must also have excellent attention to detail and an ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the tech industry.
